Swedish Massage

This massage uses different kneading techniques to help ease the tension in the muscles. A brilliant massage for anyone with general aches and pains. The benefits of Swedish massage go beyond relaxation. It can help increase circulation, flexibility and improve the level of oxygen in the blood. Imogen will check you are happy with the pressure at the start of the treatment to ensure you are comfortable throughout.
Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy is a deeply relaxing massage tailored to suit your needs. We use high quality essential oils which are absorbed through the skin and down in to the blood stream. These oils have many different properties. This massage is generally lighter in pressure and incorporates gentle stroking movements and pressure points to release tension in the muscles. This massage is extremely beneficial for anyone suffering with stress, anxiety, depression, or is in need of are-balancing. Imogen is extremely knowledgeable with oil blending and will discuss options with you, before she starts the treatment.

Hawaiian Massage is also called Lomi lomi Massage. This is a traditional Hawaiian massage that uses a combination of techniques, to work gently, yet deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes. This allows the recipient to relax due to the hypnotic effect, bringing your mind to a place of absolute stillness.

Hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that involves the use of smooth, heated stones. Your experienced Therapist will place the hot stones on specific points on your body and may also hold the stones while giving the massage.
The heat and weight of the hot stones will warm and relax the muscles, allowing the therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort.

This relaxing ritual begins with a Hot Stones Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage, to melt away tension, aches and pains, sending you off in to a deep state of relaxation.
We will then follow on with a nourishing Spa facial including a cleanse, exfoliation and warm oil face mask. This will hydrate and nourish your skin.
Whilst the face mask is on, you will receive a Hot Stones hand & arm massage whilst you are snuggled up on the heated bed. We finish with a luxury facial masage to leave your body and mind totally relaxed!

This full body treatment begins with body brushing followed by a salt and coconut scrub to stimulate, remove dead skin cells and improve the texture and appearance of your skin.
We will apply and massage in a rich coconut milk, which will soften and hydrate your skin.
You'll be wrapped up on our warm heated bed where you will receive a coconut scalp treatment to nourish your hair and relax your mind.

BODY BRUSHING
Spa Find Heavenly Hydration Salt Body Brushing

This is an invigorating spa treatment using Dead Sea Salt to naturally exfoliate the skin. Salt Brushing is a delightful blend of salts and minerals with Vitamin E and Coconut Oil. Skin texture is revived as dead skin cells are removed. Skin is repaired, protected, smooth and hydrated.

HOPI EAR CANDLING
Hopi Ear Candling

Hopi Ear Candling is a pain free and relaxing treatment that can have many benefits. This treatment can help with conditions affecting the head and ears such as sinus congestion, ear noises and excessive earwax.
Hopi Ear Candles are hollow tubes made of cotton, soaked in beeswax, honey and herbs. Once the candle is lit, it acts like a chimney, causing the warm air inside it to rise, therefore creating a gentle vacuum within it. This vacuum gently stimulates the ear, facilitating removal of excess wax and impurities.

Spa Find Clarity Indian Head Massage is based on ancient Indian Head Massage techniques. This treatment includes head, neck and shoulder massage. It is designed to improve concentration, promote hair growth and induce pure relaxation. This treatment is particularly beneficial for anyone who suffers with migraines, headaches, stiff neck or general tension in the upper back.
