PAYING A BOOKING FEE

How can I pay my booking fee?:

Please see our details at the bottom of this page. Alternatively, if you make a booking via our online booking system, you can make the payment directly that way. Here is the link to our booking system BOOK NOW

Booking Fee Terms and Conditions:

Please note ALL booking fee's are non-refundable. Your booking fee may be transferred to another date/time ONLY if we can fill the space for the original booking slot, regardless of how much notice is provided to change/cancel an appointent.

This is not a deposit - but a fee for making a booking.

Even if you have paid a booking fee, if you cancel with less than 24hrs notice, or fail to show up for an appointment, you will be charged the full treatment price.

How much do I need to pay?

A £20 booking fee per treatment, is required for all bookings. If your treatment is less than £20, then the full payment should be made upon booking.

All bookings fee's are deducted from what you owe on the day.

Can I pay the full amount at the time of booking?

Yes, thats absolutely fine. Use the details below to pay in advance.

Please be aware that if you cancel your appointment, and we cannot fill your space, so long as its 48hrs ahead of your appointment, we will refund or transfer your payment, minus the booking fee charge. Cancelling with less than 24hrs notice or failing to attend your booked appointment, you will be required to pay for the full treatment.
