Gift Vouchers are a perfect gift for those who have everything! They can use their voucher against any of our treatments or products and they are valid for one year from purchase.

IMPORTANT: If you have a specific therapist you wish to redeem the voucher with, for example: Acupuncture with Imogen, as she is the only therapist offering this treatment, we kindly ask that you purchase the voucher directly with Imogen.

If however you are purchasing a generic voucher, and do not mind who the treatment will be booked with in future, you can use the service below to book online.

As our team are self-employed and running their own independant buisiness from LBT, paying the therapist direct, helps them manage their own bookings and payments.

If you still wish to use the online service: Please purchase your generic gift voucher by clicking the button bottom section of this page.

You can choose the date they will receive the voucher. It will be sent to them via email, for the amount you choose. Often they can end up in the recipients junk/spam folder, so be sure to ask them to check there too.

If you wish to purchase a physical voucher, please contact the salon direct to arrange collection, or you are welcome to purchase at the salon during opening hours (please bear in mind there may be a short wait if the team are in a treatment or with a client)

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:

Our gift vouchers are valid for up to 1yr from purchase. They cannot be used once the expiry date has passed. They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash exchanges.

When making a booking with your voucher:

Please inform us at time of booking that you have a gift voucher. We will need your voucher number, and will mark this against your booking. As we would usually request a booking fee, we will deduct £20 from your voucher in place of the booking fee, if you cancel or do not show up for the appointment you have booked.

You can still BOOK ONLINE with your gift voucher. Simply book as normal, and enter the gift voucher number at the payment screen.

If you have any questions regarding our policies or anything else, please do not hesitate to get in touch as we are more than happy to help.
