Lashings of Beauty & Training is home to a number of independent self-employed beauty therapists, each running their own business from the salon. When making your booking, please select the therapist/business you would like to book with.

Each therapist manages her own availability, prices, treatments and client payments, so these may vary between therapists.

You can also view your existing bookings by clicking 'Book Now'. Simply log in and you can see all upcoming reservations and make amendments if required.

Please remember, if you are booking a treatment that requires a patch test, this must be booked at least 48hrs in advance of your treatment booking. We recommend making the patch test appointment as soon as possible to ensure one of our team are available to do that for you. No patch test = no booking! We will not be able to rearrange an appointment due to you not booking a patch test.

BOOKING FEES

When you make an online booking, your appointment will initially be provisional.

Your individual therapist will contact you directly if a booking fee is required and will provide her own payment details. Any booking fee will be paid directly to your therapist and will be deducted from the price of your treatment.

Your appointment is not considered fully secured until any booking fee requested by your therapist has been received.

Please do not send your booking fee or treatment payments directly to Lashings of Beauty & Training unless you have specifically been instructed to do so.

PATCH TESTS

Some treatments require a patch test before your appointment. These include:

• Eyelash Extensions 

• Lash Lifting 

• Korean Lash Lift (if you haven't specifically had the Korean Lash Lift with us before, a new patch test is required as the products used in standard lash lifting and Korean are different)

• Lash or Brow Tinting 

• Brow Lamination

Where a patch test is required, it must be completed at least 48 hours before your treatment. Your therapist will advise you of her requirements based on the treatment, products used, manufacturer guidance and her insurance requirements.

If a required patch test has not been completed, your therapist may be unable to carry out your treatment. 

If you're unsure whether you need one, please contact your therapist before your appointment.

You must book a patch test if:

• Its your first treatment with us (regardless of whether you've had the treatment done elsewhere before)

• We haven't seen you for more than 6 months

• You've had a change in your medical history (new medication, new allergy, new sensitivity etc)

• Change in hormones (Pregnancy, Peri-Menopause, Menopause etc)

By making an appointment, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that your treatment will be provided by the independent therapist you have booked with.
