Tania Withers is a well known Entrepreneur within Plymouth, Devon and renown for, what some clients will say 'The Best Lashes in Plymouth'
Tania is the founder of Lashings of Beauty and Training and absolutely loves what she does.
She started off with zero experience in the industry and started working on her own in her kitchen in 2011. In 2016 Lashings of Beauty and Training opened its doors and Tania as turned it in to the thriving salon that it is today.

Tania's business continues to go from strength to strength, boasting a fantastic reputation for both quality treatments and excellent service. Tania is a self confessed 'Classic Lash Queen' and prides herself on creating the most flawless of Classic Lash Sets.
​
The Beauty Training Group in one of Tania's other companies and it has been a huge success. Tania is proud to have a small team of Educators delivering over 15 of her courses and workshops across Devon & Cornwall. She aims to bring students the most up to date knowledge, based on her personal experiences. Even though she is an educator herself, she continually trains in various ways to keep her knowledge and skills at a high level.

Tania is also proud to have her own brand of Lash and Beauty products, under her business Freckle Lash, Brow & Beauty Supplies. She sells her products to local Lash Technicians and Beauty Therapists, as well as Nationally too. Tania works hard to develop the very best products possible so that fellow therapists can offer clients high quality products to produce the best treatments. She is also proud to supply a range of Training Academies across the Country with her products. The Events side of the business is excited to be putting together Educational Conferences putting Plymouth on the Map and looks forward to inviting a range of Lash Techs and Therapists from across the country to join The Lash Boss Conference.

Imogen has been in the Beauty Industry for over 17 years and has experience in Spa, Salon and Clinic settings.
She has been at the salon alongside Tania since the start (February 2016) and her business is bursting! Imogen is a perfectionist and her in-depth knowledge of her treatments quickly and easily puts her clients mind at ease during appointments.

Imogen holds Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector plus Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training and is a proud Educator at The Beauty Training Group too.
On top of Imogen's treatment knowledge and teaching qualifications, she boasts a 1st Class Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Complementary Health, which she completed at University of Middlesex, London. She also holds a Foundation Degree in Complementary Health Studies alongside her NVQ 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy.
Imogen's passion lies within the Holistic Therapy treatments and she thrives on sharing her knowledge, expertise and advice with her clients to ensure they get the very best from their treatments.

Jess joined LBT in February 2017, shortly after completing her lash training course and case studies with Tania.

Tania could instantly see Jess was a natural at lashing and quickly offered her a space to base her business within LBT.

Shortly after Jess joined, she went on Maternity leave to give us the first LBT Baby!
We were so excited for Jess to return, now mum of 2 gorgeous boys, as were her clients.
​
Jess has a lovely loyal client base that have watched her continue to grow from the start. She is an absolute perfectionist and wont settle for anything less than the best for her clients. She specialises in all types of Lash Extensions and is an Advanced Lash Lift Technician.

Shannan

Georgia trained in Classic Lashes with Tania in February 2021 and instantly caught Tania's eye!

She is a perfectionist and wow'd Tania with her natural lashing skills. She is keen to take on board constructive criticism to make improvements and give her clients the most beautiful lashes!
Even when she had only been qualified for a short amount of time, the feedback we received about Georgia and her work was incredible. She already has many returning clients and has since expanded her skills and completed her Russian Volume training with Tania, so is now pleased to be able to offer all types of Eyelash Extensions including Hybrid lashes, YY Lashes and everything else inbetween.

In August 2022 Georgia undertook training with Tania in Brow Lamination, Brow Waxing and Tinting. She has a real eye for detail and is looking forward to growing her Brow client base

Georgia is now also offering BIAB Nails and taking on some of Kyras clientele whilst she is on maternity leave. Her designs are beautiful and we are confident you will not be disappointed.

Sienna has also completed her Lash Lift & Tint training, along with Brow Lamination, Brow Waxing and Tinting with Tania. Sienna absolutely loves taking her time to create perfect results, time and time again.

Sophia's business joined LBT in May 2024 after qualifying in lashes, after training with Tania.

She will be specialising in Classics initially, but will be taking on clients for all styles of lashes including W Lashes, YY Lashes and Hybrids as her confidence grows.

She has a beautiful little boy, which instigated her career change, to allow her more flexible working hours around him.
​
Sophia is a kind and gentle soul who is sure to help her clients feel relaxed during their treatment.
